This project involved creating a conversational chatbot aimed at helping HR teams in local governments and large companies.
Our work included building a private network with a secure VPN gateway, deploying Active Directory (AD) with domain controller (DC) setup, and installing Skype for Business on-premises.
We developed and deployed a Man-In-the-Middle (MiM) service to connect the chatbot with Skype for Business, ensuring smooth communication. Additionally, we managed user account creation in AD, hosted and launched the chatbot code on the front server, and configured it to work across multiple platforms, including Skype for Business, Skype, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Slack.
The result was a fully functional, multi-platform chatbot that streamlines HR inquiries and support.
